Bermula dari tantangan sebuah iklan lowongan developer sbb :
We are looking for PHP programmer to develop custom Warehouse, Sales
and Inventory software.
?????? Strong PHP OO design and development skills.
?????? Strong JavaScript development skill.
?????? Exposure to Ajax framework eg : ( dojotoolkit, extjs, scriptaculous)
?????? MySQL database design
?????? CVS
?????? Fast learner
?????? Reliable, have positive attitude and willing to put extra effort
into the job.
?????? Good communication Skills

We will assess each candidate with various technical test.
The test is a series of small project with a time limit of 24 hour.
Please study extjs framework before applying.

*You will be working from home and you will need to be contactable by
MSN / yahoo during working hours. *We will monitor your work via CVS.

Salary : Rp 4.000.000 per month for the first 3 month and 7.000.000
after 3 months.
After 3 months ,* we will pay for your broadband internet connection
if available in you area.*

Bonus for every completed project if completed on time and satisfactory.
