I have not recently invited by a friend for a sauna in the fitness center. Honestly this the first sauna experience in the fitness center. From this experience and make a little interested to gather information about the saunas and to share this with you.

In fact sauna or steam bath is already well known even from the first century and have done in countries such as India, Russia, and Rome Mediterranean. According to the belief of the nations this sauna can be used to remove the poison and toxin from the body (detoxification).

Pain and stiff muscles convulse and the contraction during exercise or after work with the intensity and tension levels can release back to the sauna. Stiff and spastic muscles after a work is caused by the poisons that accumulate in the nerve network. Do with the sauna, the poison in the body can also picked up, smooth blood circulation, and improve the network so that the muscles feel fresh again.

Maintaining fitness is the body of a series that consists of multiple processes and requires a synergy to provide maximum results. One is a regular sauna bathing after exercise in the fitness center.

Should also note, sauna should not be done on certain conditions, such as pregnant women or who have respiratory problems in the channel. And if feel dizzy, trouble breathing or other complaints, flee out of the sauna room.
